- Gondella NV, (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Gondella”), with registered office at Oude Eedstraat 3A, B-9810 Nazareth (Belgium) and registered with the Legal Entities Register under business registration number 0400.033.047, takes responsibility for the processing of your Personal Data as a “data controller”, including with regard to the use of the Gondella website (www.gondella.com).

3.4 Legal requirements

Article 5 – YOUR RIGHTS
5.1 Right of access and right to obtain a copy

5.4 Right to data portability:
You have the right to obtain your Personal Data, which is processed by Gondella in a structured, commonly used format and/or to transfer this data to another data controller.

When the processing of your Personal Data by Gondella is based on your prior consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.

Article 6 – SAFETY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Gondella has adopted safety measures which are suited on a technical, organizational and physical level to avoid the destruction, the loss, the forgery, the adjustment, the non-authorised access or the notification of the Personal Data by accident to a third party, as well as the non-authorised processing of these data.

Article 7 – APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Privacy Policy is managed, interpreted and executed in accordance with Belgian law which exclusively applies to every potential dispute.
The courts of Ghent have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection to the interpretation or execution of the present Privacy Policy.
